Value Propositions: Theory and cases. Episode 24. Strategic Reflections About Value Propositions. Part II: Examples 4 to 6.
El Salvador began its August yearly vacation. It is a one-week recess to commemorate our patron saint festivities of San Salvador city: Jesus Christ, the divine savior of the world. It is a one-long week break (for the public government sector and schools) that helps us recharge our batteries and attend several religious activities programmed by the Town Hall Mayor’s office of San Salvador. Contrary to relaxation, for me, this period has been utilized to reminisce the most out of our past episodes. However, we are unbelievably pleased with the results of this week´s unparalleled reflections.

From all the practical examples we deployed, the one that took most of our time was about the global maritime industry. It was an odyssey to try to convene to the simplicity of our publications, in such a complex global industry. We appreciate your comprehension of this case (example number 5) because we extended it to almost 2 months, but I do expect it has covered all the elements required for its CVP version 1.0. We ensembled 35 CVPs in one. Magically, we believe we have done it as a foundation for any further advisory consideration.
Find all the strategic reflections for these last examples below. It is a set of 56 slides. We always encourage you to print the material, because it is not easy to read little words on your screen. If any of the images is blurry, we also request that you visit the reference (bibliography). For this episode, all the references are cited in the specific former episode day of each example. All our strategic reflections are self-explanatory.
Announcement.
We have almost finished this extended saga “Value Propositions: Theory and Cases”. Next week is our last publication. Next Friday we will flow to conclude by connecting the dots of whatever has been missed today. As I mentioned to you last week, I have been requested to offer an economic saga about Central America. Consequently, our next saga of the year will be about the progression of the economic value of Central America, and we are going to stretch our limits with it. Stay tuned for more information during the following days.

Musical Section.
This saga is about improvement, amelioration, upgrading, and the advancement required in the theory and practice of value propositions. Value propositions are the first step in our business modeling frameworks. If the value proposition is improper, then our business model is mistaken. But the beauty of testing our CVPs is the blessing of the opportunity that brings to correct any theoretical or practical error. The standout of this saga is the prospect of reframing our paradigms and learning to adjust the sails of our CVPs as many times as possible, before launching our business models into reality.
Aujourd´hui our musical piece is a compilation of several Classic Music composers, prepared for the Olympics JO 2024. I would like you to compare the composing style of each master. As much as it happens in music, when we compose CVPs, and the work process is satisfactorily done after several loops of validation; all of us, tend to arrive at the same final CVP. Little matters if the consultant technocratic master is seated in Boston, and has access to thousands of data from the most expensive databases; or if the advisory modest maestra is seated in El Salvador, and only crafts it using PPT slides. Excellent work is well done no matter the mechanisms or the instruments if the genius qualifies its experienced acumen without losing the humbleness of searching for the truth, and nothing less than the truth.
This Olympic master classical music takes you to the same eternal competition spirit: Enjoy the interpretation of Vivaldi, Tchaikovsky, Wagner, Strauss, Elgar, Joseph Suk, Bernstein, Handel, Vaughan Williams, and Philip Glass.
