Value Proposition (VII). Next week: Business Model Generation

Hi to all:

Find the general explanation about the business model generation whole picture. Don´t lose sight, please. Value Propositions are just the beginning of an ample canvas for business models creation.

I have spent some days building a couple of value propositions, one for Starbucks Corporation (Coffee shops format), and one for the Metro Rail System in San Salvador. Next week, I will start building the business model for one of them for you.  Remember all I am trying to do is to help you to apply the concepts. I use Alex Osterwalder-Ives Pigneur tool because it is quite simple and easy to understand, but there are more than 350 tools in corporate strategy which are available for you.
