Revenge Strategy, Wasting the power of your hate on the guiltless (XXXIX): USA-China cherish affair introduction
Have a beautiful week. Finally, we have arrived at our last revenge strategy example. Let´s initiate the US-China trade war. This is the ultimate one. I am quite eager to introduce to you a particular and blameless way to discover kicky geopolitical revenge strategies. Indeed, the US-China Trade War can´t be seen as a conflict that started once President Donald Trump raised to the White House. No-no-no!. There is a long trail beforehand, inevitably to be explored.
I would like to use this week as an introduction. Additionally, today I will share the outline of the coming publications. My aim is to complete it in one month. Hopefully, before Christmas, we are going to enjoy the freedom from this saga, and I pray, I will be celebrating to join my beau Alex Guillermo Lozano Artolachipi for my annual vacation clip of time. Be aware, for the next year 2020, we will begin a new epic as of the first week of January, it will be specially inter-twinned for your brains´pleasing!

Let´s begin. China… what a land of mystery and perplexities for many of us who only observe them from so far away. After World War I, China, paved its entrance beneath a communist totalitarian regime, and next, it isolated itself for half a century, just to surprise us again later. After the turn of the Millennium, China climbed the ladder of its resilience, with one of the most liberal economic trading arrangements inside a hereditary state-directed political system. China is full of bemols and hybrid ambiguities. As an economy in transition, after a totalitarian communist regime, it has turned to become a one of a kind hybrid political-economic-legal mix of systems, which are causing us admiration and skeptical warnings. Distinctively China´s miracle of our XXI century is not an accident.
Many of you have been waiting for this theme for months. We would like to cover the following outline (5 substance subjects). Each of them will include a strategic knowledge reflection, and we will try to put an extra-mile of content to the table. Always respecting the simplicity of our words by keeping our strategic artist style into the basics.
Our China-USA Trade War Outline:
- Introduction: Simple Basics Glossary. History of China during the 20thcentury (Chronology of main events). The last 100 years of American Capitalism. How did China emerge to become a behemoth on its own?
- Who is who on this boxing ring? Strategic Comparative Analysis between China and the USA
- What is the love affair between the USA and China since 1979?
- Why did China and the USA “seem” to be playing to hurt each other through a revenge commercial strategy?
- Conclusions
Let´s dig into our first outlined topic. For many of you, to review the basics seem to be boring, but this blog is viewed by people from multidisciplinary fields, an ample range of different ages, from students to wise post-doc individuals without an economy-business background. Without clear fundamentals, we won´t be able to hold the fortified bedrock to escalate further.
I have prepared the following slides that may help us to situate our basic knowledge notions. Please, I encourage to read them slowly. Otherwise, you won´t be able to understand the next publications.

Many experts and journalists have followed and exposed the information of the USA-China commercial relations. Economists have mixed perceptions of the facts. Historians have recorded the details of their stories. Political scientists have adverted about a conflicting transcendence beyond the commercial motives, expanding the conflict to technology rivalry, investments, and international alliances. Economists explain the direct consequences through their economic jargon of imminent recession, impact on economic growth, the balance of payments, deficits or surplus, and direct repercussion on consumers’ budgets on a global scale. Sociologists and anthropologists have their own framework to discuss it.
It is the turn to look at the USA-China War from my own personal perspective, my own Corporate Strategist artist’s point of view, and I will try to fill this experience gap over the next 4 weeks.
On my next publication, we will proceed to share the history of China during the 20th century: (Chronology of main events). Stay with me, please.
Thank you for reading to me. Blessings.
