Leg Zero: Threat of Entry. Porter´s Industry Analysis. Part II.

Good morning to all of you.

I hope you have started your week and you are really doing well with all your activities.

Last Saturday I promised to continue with the last force of Porter: Threat of Entry. I will dedicate this week to finish with this theme, and we will do a final wrap up about Porter´s industry analysis.

Find the following presentation slides. For each of the Barriers of Entry key structural variables, I have shared many of my own tips and opinions. In the case of the usage of retaliation, I wish to say it firmly: I do not agree with retaliation as a key determinant barrier of entry. It is not ethical. Don´t you dare to use retaliation, please. There is enough space for all businesses as clients preferences. Retaliation is corruption at its best and it is not ethical to do it, neither to harm others´ businesses.
