Apology for being absent of my blog today due to sickness.
Good morning:
I want to apologize for being absent from the blog today. I have a valid reason for being absent.

Yesterday I went swimming, and the pool water was freezing given the low temperatures of the last days. I swam and swam and swam and couldn´t balance my body temperature. I have read that “when you get into cold water, your blood vessels widen to allow warm blood to increase your body’s temperature. Your body eventually starts closing the blood vessels to maintain your core body temperature and prevent organs from shutting down”. After finishing my swimming session (2,500 meters), I started to feel tired, dizzy and weak. On top of that, my mother (a 72 years old lady) has had bronchitis since three days ago, I have to take her to the hospital for respiratory therapy and I believe she passed her sickness to me. Yesterday night I started with the same symptoms of my mother´s sickness. This morning, I will have to spend it at the Public Health Center (I don´t have a private insurance since I am an entrepreneur, our life as entrepreneurs are quite a challenge).
I know I have a lot of work pending but I may assure you that I will complete it as soon as possible even if I have to write over the weekend.
I hope you will accept my apology. Thanking you I remain, Yours truly.
P.S. Alex Guillermo Lozano Artolachipi, I need a chicken soup and a kiss from you. Much love to you.
