Leg 10. From Cardiff to Gothenburg (VII). We are done!. An A Plus!

Hope you are blessed and happy.
Today we are up to arrive in Gothenburg. We have finished all our material for this leg 10. We are deeply thankful with Kim and Mauborgne way of thinking, the Blue Ocean Strategy-Shift. We recommend to learn it. It is crucial for any strategist to know how to apply the methodology, and try, test, refine it many times as possible.

We have done unbelievable efforts to provide you with this material. We will consider sharing the Blue Ocean Strategy Methodology in a future Volvo Ocean Race Global Experience. But first, we probably need to go to INSEAD, to the INSEAD Blue Ocean Strategy Institute. We, Alejandro Guillermo Lozano Artolachipi and I, hope to visit Professors Kim and Mauborgne and meet them in person. We hope they would like to have a cup of coffee with us.

The INSEAD Blue Ocean Strategy Institute is dedicated to extending the research on Blue Ocean Strategy pioneered by Chan Kim and Renée Mauborgne and disseminating it to professors, researchers, and practitioners around the globe. After spending some days with Kim and Mauborgne material, we will be delighted to visit them and invite them to coffee and share with them our thoughts of ethics and integral strategy in the field of strategy and management.
Leg 10 from Cardiff to Gothenburg is summarized in the following phrase: “The Blue Ocean Strategy is an unpolished rough diamond”. It is the beginning of further research and improvement. We expect blessings from it in the future, once it will be refined and upgraded with ethics at the core. Remember without values-ethics any business or corporate strategy means nothing.
In addition, we would love to share a video of what is the circular economy theory. Why? Simply because if we don´t share it, you will not understand why the Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS) is nowadays an unpolished diamond. BOS is a natural diamond, that will be refined and upgraded over time.
We are done. We treasure Kim and Mauborgne hard work. The Blue Ocean Strategy-Shift is moving forward and we expect more from them with hope in the future.
