“Revenge Strategy: Wasting the power of your hate on the guiltless” is back on track.
After unusual days of rest, I am delighted to share that I am feeling better. I have tried to be extremely honest with you in relation to my impossibleness to write for a week. When I can´t write, this is not because I am lazy, or I don´t want to do it. It is just I couldn´t read well. Reading and writing tied the knot together for thousands of years. And the fact that I was not able to read, obliged me to pause.
As you know, I am trying to build a living with my articles and books. In consequence, I am passionately committed to it. I have a routine that makes me wonder and be inspired to deliver this promise. A blog must be fed on a regular basis, particularly when in the state of writing sagas. In my transition to balance the rest of my life activities with the production as an author, I am additionally an aquarelles creator.
When a molar tooth pain attacked me last week, trust me I was knocked out. The painful sensation was astronomic, but the anti-dolor pain healers affected much more my capacity of concentration when trying to read from screen devices. For example, the adverse effects of one of the medications were obvious in my organism since last Wednesday. The Dexketoprofeno Trometamol adverse effects which struck me directly were:
- The malaise in general, rotational sensation or dizziness, drowsiness, sleep disorder, headache, dry mouth, fatigue, blurred vision, visual acuity affectation, increased sweating, feverish feeling, chills, and light sensitivity.
- I had to stop doing my daily workout exercises, for fear that I would be short of breath, or trigger a tachycardia, or that I would have had difficulty breathing, and even fainting.
I wanted to share with you this assertion about how our body gets affected when we are under medications. Furthermore many times, we force our systems to continue doing our daily routines when in reality we should be resting to avoid complications. As an illustration, I have stopped to work, swim, run or practice spinning in the interim on this medical treatment: what could happen if I suffer from difficulty breathing meanwhile I am doing water sports laps? Or what could happen if I trigger a tachycardia meanwhile I am spinning? Or what could happen if I faint meanwhile I am running? If the medications affected my visual capacity to read and write in front of a computer, I thought wisely of not forcing myself for a week to avoid unfavorable health consequences.
There is a learning lesson for all of us: Please, whenever we are under strong medical care, check the “warnings and side effects” of our medications. Read them carefully. We should try to be proper with ourselves, with our own well being. Let´s try to not force us to do things which could trigger more diseases, or even a heart attack or other alterations. And if our physician commands to rest, let´s slow down or pause anything that could cause us more harm.
This is all for the time being. The endodontia process will continue. I will have several dental sessions, but I do promise to be better off to continue writing. This Friday I will upload my article about World War II and Pearl Harbor, as one of the patterns of revengeful strategies. It will be a different point of view, about its strategic legacy and long-term effects for our generations and more to come.
Thank you. Blessings, and stay tuned!
