Congratulations to all the teams…
Hello… I hope you had a beautiful and joyful Christmas day. All the teams are now in Melbourne. Akzo Nobel (the Dutch team) is almost there too. Congratulations for arriving safely and in one piece.
We have finished the theme of “Resources and Capabilities Analysis” and we have to recharge batteries for next Leg 4: From Melbourne to Hong Kong, which will start next January 2nd, 2018.
I just wish to leave you with a beautiful picture of some members of my family, my mother Concepción Eleonora de Escalante, my little niece Taty (the eldest kid of my sister Tatiana) and me (with the silvery scarf). You can see here three women from my family of three different generations (Baby boomers, Generation X and Generation Z), a clash of three generations. And this picture inspired me to write to you about the theme of “clash of generations”. It is the bonus topic I will write to you during the week, how the difference of generations is affecting everything at the moment, and specifically our purpose on the planet. It doesn´t matter if you are Asian, or European, or American or Latino. We are now struggling in how to evolve for the future because of the clash of generations… I am thinking about this because, I hope to marry my beau Alex Guillermo Lozano Artolachipi, and I hope to have babies with him. I wish to have babies soon as you can´t imagine. I wonder, what type of world are we going to leave to our future babies? and That is my inspiration for the week writings.
Adorable y amadísimo Alejandro Guillermo Lozano Artolachipi, “when I realized I wanted to spend the rest of my life with you, I wish the rest of my life to start as soon as possible”. I really wish to marry you and have babies as soon as possible.
